Black Metal Veins unflinchingly documents the dark realities of despair and morbid self annihilation surrounding the lives of five heroin junkies. The addicts' intertwining stories of pain, loss, sadness, and abandonment lead the viewer down the agonizing and hideous path of horrifying psychological and spiritual destruction as the grim disease of heroin addiction infects and decays the bodies and minds of five young people.


Black Metal Veins allows us to stare into the haunted void of personal doom of a junkie, as we see five lives unravel before us, and the devastating transformation brought forth by the Hellish grip of drug addiction.

Lucifer Valentine doesn't deserve any recognition on this site or any other.. I am usually against underground movies, but I do think they have a right to be repped her... these on the other hand is just a piece of shit that doesn't deserve light of day, and has no place being here...

I just report what I see, and a few members here like his movies. This IS the Underground Horror Forum and he is an independent film maker so love him or hate him the movie report does belong here.

I bust balls about Indy/Underground movies, but I think anyone has a right to show them and promote them here, because there are fans. But there is no art, talent, or actually redeeming value in anything Lucifer Valentine does... he is a fetishist, and makes videos about his fetish, and passes them off as underground horror movies. He doesn't have an ounce of talent, if you want a shit/vomit video, me and you can colabarate; I'll film myself shitting, and you film yourself watching it and puking... and we made a movie with as much talent,heart, and redeeming value as anyting LV could make.

Never saw any shitting in "Slaughtered Vomit Dolls"...maybe there is in the other two I don't know. The only thing I didn't like in this one was the guy vomiting, wasn't quite sure why that was added...not my film though so doesn't really matter.

I think also in the end, and this isn't to upset you Darkgod or anyone else, why comment in the Underground Forum if you don't like the movies. But in saying this you DO have every right to do so.

I comment only to give an opinion.... usually in Underground it is bad, but there is the rare gem when I don't. This one thing though just really strikes with me for some reason... maybe it was his arrogance when he was on the site, or that he thinks he is "good". I really don't know... I don't hate Underground as much as everyone thinks... I mean I gave AU a shot, and started Mordum(but fell asleep).

I'm with DG on underground films and this is no exception. I honestly don't see how a guy can keep putting out these shitty movies. It's not horror at all, idk why it's even classified as underground horror. It's not horror..it's not scary..it's not meant to be scary, it's meant to be a disgusting film. I can't give anyone my time or effort if they feel the need to throw in vomit and shit and call it shocking.

Im posting because it seems that a few of you either have never actually really watched Lucifer Valentines movies, or you simply don't understand them and thats totally fair. his movies are NOT for everyone. In response to what you said about his films being fetish, thats simply not true under the guidelines of what fetish actually means. LV has admitted (and proudly) that he is an emetophile, and that obviously does show in the vomit gore trilogy, but to call his movies fetish is a ridiculous oversimplification. He is a very approachable guy, if you play you're cards right and aren't a narc you might even get the chance to talk to him and he is actually fairly down to earth. I have obviously bought and seen Black Metal Veins and here is what I have to say about it. It is a documentary but its a lot more than that, its more artistic than any documentary i've ever seen (barring perhaps the cave of forgotten dreams or "Zoo") the "actors" in the movie really become characters and much of is hearing their stories and opinions mostly extremely dark. It is extremely interesting to watch, and you can be assured it will disturb you. I found this to really stick with me after i saw it, moreso even than the Vomit Gore trilogy. For all the people that are hating on it simply because its directed by LV and you watched SVD and thought the vomit was gross, I urge you to lose your grudge and just watch BMV. Its a LOT different than the vomit gore trilogy, yet his style is certainly apparent. Please at least give the movie a chance before you trash it, otherwise you just sound like a uneducated pretentious douchebag. If nothing else, it will at least give you something to think about. I have chatted to Lucifer Valentine a little on Facebook and Matthew is right, he is pretty down to earth. I guess if he participated more here in other threads etc people may of had a different view on the guy.

I most certainly will be getting a copy of Black Metal Veins soon.

I have seen the vomit gore trilogy and did like it and I feel he should be represented here. With that being said I can see why Dark calls them fetishes films. Lucifer Valentine does not need to say he is an emetophile because it's blatantly obvious from his work. Though I wouldn't go so far as to call these straight up fetish films it is clear that the act of puking is fetishized adding that element to his films. Plenty of films have been made just for shock value that are freely discussed here and other parts of the board i fail to see why this is treated any differently.
