I have chatted to Lucifer Valentine a little on Facebook and Matthew is right, he is pretty down to earth. I guess if he participated more here in other threads etc people may of had a different view on the guy.

I most certainly will be getting a copy of Black Metal Veins soon.

This thread was about an upcoming DVD/Blu-ray release and not about Lucifer Valentine. Believe it or not there are fans here and some have come out and let you all know who they are. All I am interested in his letting them know he had a new movie coming out.

Obviously it is out now and available from Unearthed Films.

Point is, I was on topic. Then you saw that more people started siding with DG and that got you upset. I guess it's easier to argue with me rather than back up your opinions and stick to the topic.

This is what I am going to see, every time a movie of his is brought up the man will be attacked and not the movie the thread is based on. But that is all part and parcel of internet forums I guess.

Attacks on his movies are called opinions. How do you expect this horror community to appreciate someone who was being a jagoff here? I get that his films keep getting discussed, but don't be shocked if people bash him. He did that to himself. As for his movies, they're shit. What is there to discuss? His films, I doubt, have any deep philosophical aspects. I don't see how enough can be said on a particular film let alone create a topic about it.

Thanks for sharing mate Funny enough I was just on their FB page looking at stuff to share.

Quite excited in getting this but not just yet. I find his movies visually interesting, will be cool to see his take o this not very pretty subject. From watching the trailer he has hit the button on addiction without making it watered down as I feel some directors do.

I lived in a boarding house full of junkies, people with mental health issues etc and this is pretty fucking on the ball.

my copys on its way!!! i hope its at good as his last for films then i will be happy and as for the h8ers mr v is atchily lovly hes so nice so try not to be quite so mean his films are not for evry one but i think he makes that pritty clear in the names of them like if i didint like sick messed up films a i wuldant watch a film called slaughtered vomit dolls ect..... anyway YEY i cant wait to see it
