Looks good I enjoyed the first one and continue to love the games.

Loved the first one and im intrigued with the 2nd one being a direct follow on from the first which i did not expect. Was hooked on the games so im really keen for this

I loved the feel of the first one, I'm glad Pyramid Head will be featured more in this one, hopefully not so much as to ruin it. I'll definitely see this.

The first one was a huge letdown, but I'll probably watch this. The trailer looks promising, then again, the first one's trailer did too. I'm not going to give my hopes up again though.

The trailer looks pretty horrible, probably because it advertises it like its going to be an action flick. Comments on UHM and Youtube by stupid teenagers doesn't help: "OMG SO COOL! I hope this will have gallons of blood and cool monsters and guns and stuff!"

I guess I'll have to start the "forgetting game" with Silent Hill-series if this movie turns out to be bad. For example with Hellraiser, for me only the first five movies exist, others don't. If this movie is going to be all about action and CGI, then it never really happened. Its just some really bad fanfiction or something, but not part of the series

The first Silent Hill is completely overrated. I don't understand why so many people like it.

I dug the style of the first one, plus it had some cool looking creatures. It was just translated well to the big screen when compared to so many other failed video game adaptations in the past.

Yeah, its an entertaining flick, but it fails to capture the full atmosphere of the games. Plus the story was kinda silly. But say the very first alleyway-scene, and the schooljanitor-scene came closest to the silent hill-atmosphere.

This trailer looks like the 2nd film is going to be a CGI-action flick, and I hate that. I hope there won't be a series of these films, I mean just look at what they did to Resident Evil:

I enjoyed the 1st...tend to always be disappointed by sequels...will wait to hear what ya'll think.

Liked the first movie, and this one looked alright from the trailer, so it was sad to come out a little disappointed. The script is just plain bad and the editing is even worse at times. Even the acting seemed forced and almost straight out of a video game instead of an actual live-action film. Visually, it was great, and the sound was pretty good as well. However, there are just so many other things going against it that I was ultimately disappointed. Anyway, I'll have a more detailed review posted shortly.

I'm more critical than the average viewer, so some of you may like it a bit better than me, but it was hard for me to look passed so many of the problems it had, especially around the beginning and middle
