The Iceman (2012)

Just got this from Redbox. It's got a great cast, but it's not nearly as gripping as watching the actual documentary.

Shannon as the iceman is pretty stoic(which is expected), so don't expect a performance like boardwalk empire or BUG.

Pretty average flick. The movie portrayed him as basically a blue-collar guy supporting his family, when in reality he was a vicious psychopath who killed for sport. Shannon nailed his mannerisms, though.

Didn't know they were making a movie from this. I love the documentaries, I'll have to check this out.

I remember the HBO doc and thought it was really interesting. Good movie. Solid 3.5/5 overall. Shannon was really good. Everyone was really good. I wish it had a little more style though I thought they did a good job with the period aspect.
