Zombie movie...need the name

All I can recall is that it's about some military guy who's plane crashes in the ocean and he's the sole survivor in...Africa, I believe?..tons of zombies and mayhem...he meets up with an African (?) Military/police guy who's looking for his son, who was a survivor of a zombie attack in their village and taken to a barricaded area that ends up being breached by zombies. Not a lot to go on...just need the name of it....help???
