Soundtracks to your work-out?

I hope this isn't a double post, and that I put it in the right topic.

But...

I am looking for some new music to work out to. I run, so I like something with a steady beat, usually a heavier bass line. A majority of what I listen to now is Wumpscut, M.I.A., Peaches and the likes. I'm kind of in need of something new though. I came into a new itunes giftcard I'm looking to get rid of, so share!

What's your favourite songs to listen to when you run, lift, bike, etc?

I listen to a lot of rock when I work out...Slipknot, Drowning Pool, Lamb of God..tends to get me aggressive so I work out harder.

I'll be Fine- Clairy Browne and the Bangin Rackettes (I shouldn't just say that song basically all of there songs) it's kind of retro/bluesy/soul sounding which I love.
Genesis, Journey, ZZ Top, Tom Petty. Songs with meaning, but catchy lyrics. Break up songs for some reason always get me pumped?

They played shitty music when I used to work out so I don't really care when it comes to music when working. I just focus on what I have to do.

I am going to be way different then most on here...I love my old school hip hop...Souls of Mischief, Pete Rock CL Smooth, Big L, Group Home KRS One etc..but if you want steady hard bass line i'd check out dubstep..skism or skrillex etc...i personally can't stand that shit...

Of course I always fall back to classic rock, motown, blues...I like a lot of genres of music..great escape from reality

But I tend to just listen to any agressive music(mpunk, metal, ect) anything uptempo.

Usually nothing because I work out with my buddy. If he's not with me, then a lot of death metal. Deicide and Cannibal Corpse being my favorite work out music.

There is something about Rob/White Zombie music that pumps me up. Not his new crap, but his older stuff. The last time I got a speeding ticket I was listening to Dragula. Apparently the cop didn't think that was a good enough reason to go 95 mph in a 65 mph zone.

If I am running Amon Amarth and if I am doing my Circuit Training Skeletonwitch. Sometimes listen to Cro-mags when I lift as well. Really depends on my mood.
