Drive is one of my favorite movies from 2011
I'm a car film enthusiast, so I just fell in love with the movie & loved the character even though they heavily borrowed(Stolen?)from the film Driver.

unfortuntely I didn't see Grindhouse till DVD because I was in surgery when it came out. So I saw Planet Terror first, not sure which played first in theaters. But after seeing planet terror which ended up being one of my favorite movies ever it was a bit disheartening to watch something that was 90% dialogue. I know Tarintino is known for that and most of the time I dig it but man it seems like thats all they did. I think I'm gonna give it another shot because I've only seen it once, but it really bugged me how we had all that dialogue before the first car crash and then after that its just dialogue again.

I expected too much. Heard all these great things, but found it quite dull. My problem for listening to all the hype.Drive is one of my favorite movies from 2011

I agree with the folks citing Death Proof and Hobo with a Shotgun as being big disappointments.
Death Proof was boring as hell.
Hobo with a Shotgun... wow. I know it was supposed to be campy, but it was just too much. My friends and I still laugh about the bit of dialogue where the chick says to the hobo, "You can't go around solving all the world's problems with a shotgun," to which he replies, "It's all I know." All you know? Dude, you've only had the shotgun for like two days!
