I want this to be good, I really do. I just get the feeling that it'll end up being a PG-13 steaming pile of crap. I hope I'm wrong. The trailer looks good, certainly better than The Haunting in Connecticut 2. Please, please don't mess up the Warren's story, cause I love them and I'll be pissed if the directors screw with this.

Still looks good, but it also looks like I'll know when every scary part will be...

Didn't know about that, but I will say that they probably have one of or the best and clearest collection of EVP's from anybody within the field.
The first thing I thought of when I saw the couple on the trailer was the Warrens, and it turned out to be them. What I know of them has been from the occasional guest spots over the years on Coast to Coast AM with Art Bell which has been taken over by bonehead George Noory ...
anyway, he used to have them on the midnight radio show at least a couple times a year on a fairly regular basis. They'd spend the bulk of the 3 hour radio show playing back EVP clips that they recorded from various locations. Actually... coming home from work a few nights ago they were playing a pre-feed rebroadcast of one of the Warren shows from years back, and some of those EVP's were creepy as shit and clear as a bell when you're hearing them driving home at 2am by yourself.
Had no idea they had a movie about them coming out. It'll be interesting to put a visual to go along with all of the radio spots i've come to know them from.

It's a live broadcast from midnight to 4am CST, and probably has over 500 affiliates by now. Largest late night radio show in the country.
I've been listening to it on and off since about '98. It's called Coat to Coast AM, but actually these days many FM stations carry it as well... usually any of the ones that have talk radio formats would be your likely bet. Streaming the show on your pc is probably the best way to do it though.
