watched the new hobbit last night, and when this trailer played it was all normal cuz I guess most people didn't know what they were seeing. Then it showed G's face and there was the roar, the big "GODZILLA" name hit the screen and there was a collective gasp through the entire (full) theater. Then a ton of whispers afterwards. My inner geek smiled.

Slightly off topic but I heard that WETA came up with one amazing dragon for The Hobbit. How true is that? I mean every review I read both good and bad all say the dragon is truly something to behold.

Don't get me wrong the story is great, but there was more than once I thought why are the special effects so bad in some spots. Then I saw Smaug and thought ohhhh cuz they musta spent all the money on the dragon. I've been waiting my whole life to see a Dragon like that, and it doesn't hurt he's voiced by Benedict Cumberbatch.

That is what I have heard from many sources. I can't wait to see this thing. I hope people walk away from Godzilla saying the same thing.

These guys are supposedly the new baddies, as it has been said by Goyer himself that there were 2 other monsters in the script when he worked on it. Regardless of weather this is true or not I'm just glad theres other Kaiju in this. The one at the bottom is supposedly the main baddie, and its face sort of reminds me of Biollante.
