Bad Boys 2 shows how Bay can create great chemistry between two actors and use it to his advantage. Smith and Lawrence were great and everything they did seemed natural and you could tell they were tight even off set.

This same chemistry is present in Pain and Gain with Wahlberg and The Rock. People can knock Bay all they want but when it comes to just some strictly fun, entertaining movies he is more hit than miss.

The first one is ok, but I thought the second one was hilarious. Can't wait to check out Pain and Gain. It made me think of Bad Boys.

Yeah, the first was more of a serious action film with bits of comedy thrown in, while the sequel felt more energetic and was loaded with comedy from the start, which is why I find it more entertaining

Got through an hour and a half of the second one and it's reeaaalllllyyyy dragging for me. The chemistry is much better, but for some reason it has me looking how much time is left. I'll finish it up tomorrow

I'm in the perfect frame of mind. Made myself some dinner, cuddled up in some blankets and perfectly wide awake. It's just a little too long in some parts. The first shoot out/major action scene went on for WAY too long. But I'll finish it up tomorrow. That Sydney character

Me either and there are some truly hysterical moments in it, especially when Marcus accidently ingests X. That's a nice fish...biiiig fuckin' eyes but nice fuckin fish

And Mike's reaction as he see's what Marcus is doing behind the captain is priceless. Great scene.

Hilarious scene And I also liked that brief bit when a boy comes to take out Marcus' daughter and him and Mike try to scare da hell outta him

Talk about being type-cast...look at Jordi Molla! He played almost exactly the same guy in Columbiana. Dude is in Riddick as well, I wonder if they have Cuban drug dealers out in space
