There are alot on here that I haven't seen....I was wondering how accurate this list is....I plan on watching alot of these....tonight I'm giving Suicide Club a shot. Heard good/cool things about it.

I've seen most and will agree with a lot of the choices, however there are some really bad ones in there too, like Noriko's Dinner Table, Sick Nurses, and Yoga just to name a few.

Yeah, I was curious about Suicide Club but never got around to watching it. I didn't like The Eye (2002) at all... it's only 99 min, but it felt like 3 hours to me. I was really surprised by Ringu 0: Birthday. I thought it'd be awful, but I loved it. I wanted to see Uzumaki too, but I was afraid it'd suck. There are a quite of these I haven't seen like Art of the Devil, Tomie, Apt, Sick Nurses, Yoga, The Victim, Muoi, Cure, Dumplings, Carved, etc.

Anyone see Tell Me Something? They tried to pitch as another Se7en, but of course, it's not that good. It was just ok.

The fact that Onibaba is missing from the list makes me almost dismiss it immediately. There are some good films on there though, and as others have said, some not so great ones. I know it will reflect the list composer's personal opinion, but in a lot of ways it just looks to me like he/she has added a load of titles for the sake of it, or almost at random, and they definitely don't seem to be in any order.

There are a lot on there I haven't seen, too.

Agreed, I was going to comment on how some of the titles just seemed to be there for the sake of filling the list.

Eh. Was never a great big fan of Asian Horrror for some reason so I think I've seen all the ones I've wanted to see.

I haven't watched enough Asian horror to know what a good list would be. I've only watched the movies that were highly praised and skipped all the bad films (except Audition ) I will give some of these a try though.

Suicide Club you will either love or hate. Personally, I love it. It's so random, over the top and at sometimes fantastically campy that it just makes me smile. I introduced a friend of mine to it, and in the end, she did enjoy it...but she couldn't tell why =p It's that kind of movie.

I haven't seen all of these films, but there are a few that I have...and I don't know why they're on here. I agree that Sick Nurses doesn't belong, nor does Infection. I'm happy to see House on here, as well as Shutter, but I agree with what was said earlier, that there doesn't seem to be really any rhyme or reason to this list...and I feel that some were added just because they're Asian horrors.

A lot of modern Asian horror films are very similar; generally due to the popularity of Ringu, Ju-on etc. It made what once were creepy, unique, ghost stories become repetitive cliches.

There are some great Asian horror films from the '60s, '70s, and '80s that are worth checking out.

Blind Beast, The Boxer's Omen, Corpse Mania, Evil Dead Trap, Hausu, Jigoku, Kuroneko, Kwaidan, Onibaba etc.

I have most of these on DVD, that being said the list isn't amazing and I would use a different one to work through since this is missing a shit load of the classics. Oh and let us know if you prefer suicide club or Noriko's dinner table ... Norikos wins by a fucking landslide for me & if you check Carved check out part 2 because its by far the better film.

Yeah, I really liked Shutter. Why is Oldboy on the list? I don't think that's really Asian horror at all. More action revenge.

Like myself and others have said, it just seemed like they randomly started putting known titles in there just to fill the list.
