well I guess they got pissed off that the debut of the trailer was ruined but I would be too. I am excited bout this but I wonder why they are showing a trailer for a movie still a year away

I've never read the comics, so I don't know what's up with the glowing eyes. You'd think that would kind of giveaway Batman's position when he's trying to sneak up on guys

I want to love this movie and I hope I do once I see it (which will certainly be opening day) but that trailer didn't excite me. "False God" was cool, but more as an image on its own and not actually as something apart of the plot and film. The robotic voice is an interesting approach and I await to hear the explanation for it. The cowl looks good, especially with that lighting, but the body looked weird with Affleck in it. Maybe because I'm so used to the traditional movie suits so seeing a more comic accurate, muscles and all, will take getting used to.

I was left with a 'eh' feeling after watching the whole thing. We'll see.

I think the eyes are their attempt to create the traditional white eyes from comics and cartoons. Them glowing is probably some sort of infared or something, similar to the scene in The Dark Knight. That suit he's wearing is definitely an homage to the Dark Knight Returns battle suit Batman built specifically to fight Superman, so they're gonna slug it out on the movie. I like that they've put that suit in the movie; it's cool.

the white eyes are only from the one suit which is his kryptonite suit. His voice was also different than it will be the other times he is Batman, I am sure. I also read that his suit can let him fly. In the comics Lex Luthor has a similar suit.

It would be cool if they mimicked "detective mode" like in the Arkham games or when he's getting fed info via Oracle/infrared/sonar.

I don't mind the DKR homages, though I think they would have been better suited for a movie much later in the series. TDKR is supposed to be Batman at the end of his career after knowing supes for nearly a lifetime, not the first time meeting him. Hoping for the best but keeping my expectations low.

I'm actually glad they're going this route from the get go. I say it's better to get their fighting out of the way and then build from that the awesome world saving duo that Batman and Superman are. I'm not interested in seeing a true DKR adaptation or something very close to it because a Justice League franchise is what these movies are all leading to and I don't think much needs to be done after it. It's also interesting to see they're going the opposite direction Marvel has done with Captain America and Iron Man, respected colleagues at first, then a conflict that will presumably end in an event that changes things forever in true Marvel fashion.

Seeing how Aquaman is set to make his debut in this. I thought i'd drop this tidbit in here. James Wan Is set to direct the Aquaman solo flick. Should be intresting to see what Wan can do with his visual style in a movie that will take place mostly underwater.

WB/DC will have a panel at comic con. It's gonna be big. BvS stuff, Squad stuff, other DC movie stuff....shit's gonna be good.

I didn't notice how much blue was in Wonder Womans costume . Couldn't tell from the other pic released. All the costumes look bad ass though.
