This was internal conflict at its finest.
This feels like an actual community in turmoil. We actually have real people there, divided on what to do. Gretchen and her family already lost their lives over it. I liked Gretchen too.
This community feels more authentic than Alexandria and the Hilltop combined and if not on par with the Kingdom, then better because it feels more authentic. I know, strong statement but I'd go that far. And the best part is Walker feels like he has a legitimate beef and he feels very muddy himself. He isn't doing this for laughs like any villain might do. He doesn't even feel like a villain, just someone with a legitimate beef.
It'll be interesting to see how Ofeila, Daniel and Strand further throw oil and water into this already lit fire. The lines are very blurry atm which is a great thing.
