Arnold is back at it again, this time with the upcoming SABOTAGE from director David Ayer (END OF WATCH). USA Today dropped some new pics from the action thriller, which feature Arnold Schwarzenegger, Sam Worthington, Joe Manganiello, Mireille Enos armed to the teeth and looking relatively badass. The film centers around an elite DEA task force that find themselves targeted after raiding a drug cartel safe house, which seems like fine territory for a David Ayer flick. Also starring in the film are Josh Holloway, Olivia Williams, Harold Perrineau, and Max Martini (PACIFIC RIM)

I'm very much looking forward to this. I'm an unabashed fan of Ayer, who has delivered some really intense action thrillers with deeply flawed protagonists. After writing TRAINING DAY, he dabbled in the mainstream a bit (S.W.A.T., DARK BLUE) and then delivered the modest and underrated HARSH TIMES, STREET KINGS, and his latest, END OF WATCH, all of which have proven he's a filmmaker to watch. Apparently, Hollywood has taken notice, as he's now saddled up with power players like Schwarzenegger and is currently shooting the WWII tank thriller, FURY, with Brad Pitt. Arnold seems pleased with Ayer's promise as well, saying, "This is a very intense movie. I don't know if everyone has the stomach to handle this. It's brutal. We're taking the action thriller to new heights." SABOTAGE opens on April 11, 2014.

Looks okay. I haven't seen anything Arnold has done since he came back to making films. Hes kinda old looking.

Movie was good to an extent, but not really what I expected. Went in thinking it'd be more action packed than it actually was. Instead there were really only 3 action sequences, while the rest was kind of a whodunit killer movie, where someone is offing off the special ops team. Regardless, it wasn't bad and entertaining for the most part. 7/10 (but a low 7)

It's hitting DVD/Bluray on July 22nd i heard there's an alternate ending but not sure if it's any different than what ending up being the normal ending.

Just watched this. Pretty good (because I am an Arnold fanboy), but the only thing I truly appreciated from the film was Arnie and the immense amount of gore. Seriously, I haven't seen this much gore in an Arnold film in a veerryyy long time. Plus it's all practical effects which is a nice surprise. Other than that..

The rest of the cast is super annoying. They are all cliches and the writing is pretty bad.

It is pretty fun in its own right, but something I could only watch once. I am convinced that Arnold is the most fun actor in Hollywood. His movies are always a blast and he just looks like he's having fun making them. I just think this one had great potential, but the cast was one big fat MEH.
