At the age of 21 a young man named Tim is pulled aside by his father and told that all the men in the family can travel back in time. So what does Tim use this precious gift on? To find himself a GF.

That's the basic idea behind About Time--a really sweet and surprisingly funny UK flick that's also light-hearted, with a great story and character development. It also luckily doesn't rely too heavily on the romance aspect or melodrama like films of this nature normally do. It's really just a tale about a simple guy trying to make the best life he can with such an extraordinary gift. By the end you really feel for the characters and their outcomes. 7/10 (but a very high 7)
