Metallica - Through the Never

Couldn't find a thread on this but I watched it just recently and must say I was pretty damn impressed. It's mostly a concert movie with a surreal thriller side-story that takes place with a roadie named Trip (played by Dane DeHaan of Chronicle fame). I can't see not loving this unless you just plain don't like Metallica. The sound quality and concert performance itself is superb, amazing stage show. I've never gotten around to seeing Metallica live but I almost feel like I have after watching this. Anyone else see this yet?

Synopsis: Trip, a young roadie for Metallica, is sent on an urgent mission during the band's show. But what seems like a simple assignment turns into a surreal adventure.

I missed this in theaters but I plan on getting the bluray. I've seen them 8 times give or take.

I drove 3 hours (6 including coming back) to see this in Imax. I got a flat. And a parking fine. Ending up costing me a bit over $500.

Totally worth it. Fucking AMAZING! However it is really a fan thing, theres lucky to be 15 minutes where Metallica music isn't pumping. It's just like a super long music video really. I was memorized by it though. Can't wait for the Blu...
