I was never really into 1940s horror except for the Universal stuff, but recently I watched Cat People and The Seventh Victim and I started getting into it. These are important films in the evolution of the genre.

This is a pretty morbid film for its time, concerning a devil worshipping cult..
The shower scene is an interesting precursor to Alfred Hitchcock's Psycho.
They're both good if you like noirish mystery/horror films.
Will be watching more soon.
