Why do you think Robert Rodriguez has to go so over the top now?

That's utter bullshit. Do you remember what it was like to see From Dusk till Dawn in the theaters? During that time, to transition from a bank heist movie starring George Clooney to a balls to the wall vampire flick. In a lot of ways this film was revolutionary. I don't usually judge people's personal tastes.. but either you weren't old enough to experience this movie when it first came out or your purposefully acting daft in an attempt to have an edgy opinion. I rate this as one my favorite vampire movies of all time.. considering that only accounted for 45 minutes of the movie? That's just how good it is. Now go say 7 hail Mary's and pray that Tarantino doesn't murder you in your sleep.

I'll take my vampire movies without camp, thankyouverymuch. I'd rate this portion of the film above Twilight but that's setting the bar very low. These were horrible designs, a stupid idea to make them snake related (the fucking "vampire bat" is from Mexico for Pete's sake, Rodriguez) and overall full of a bunch of half-baked ideas that Rodriguez uses constantly.

Reservoir Dogs, Pulp Fiction, Kill Bill, From Dusk till Dawn, Clerks, El Mariachi, Django Unchained, Inglorious Basterds. .. motherfucker, do you even LIKE movies?

Omg. This made me laugh. That is true though all great movies except I never really got into kill Bill. Think I need to go back to that.

As for Robert Rodriguez I watch his movies to be entertained, I know they won't be masterpieces.

I feel that way about Kill Bill 2. Watched it three times and I never really cared for it.
