Season 2 (1990) of Tales from the crypt has a scarecrow episode called Four-sided triangle, where a gal (Patricia Arquette) falls in love with a scarecrow kind of odd but good episode, could this be it?

Nope, I already checked that out. It's on youtube.
It's probably either the Goosebumps or Are you Afraid of the Dark episodes, or Scarecrows (1988). As soon as I get around to watching these, I'll be able to confirm it.
Could also be that Friday the 13th episode someone mentioned earlier:

No problem in asking, but the creature wasn't a scarecrow, and I'm pretty sure CountOrlok has seen Jeepers Creepers before
Like, so many people out there were trying to track this down. And it just...got delivered on a tweet. What the hell.

I still gotta check out that Friday the 13th episode. It ain't Jeepers Creepers 1 or 2 (not a fan of those movies, anyway).

Dark night of the Scarecrow featured Larry Drake, who at the time was working on L.A. Law as the mentally handicapped clerk. Two things I can think of is "Dark night of the Scarecrows" which was about a group of bank robbers who holed up in an abandoned farmhouse after a botched bank robbery. One of them takes their frustration out on a scarecrow which causes the other scarecrows to stalk the robbers looking to make replacement scarecrows out of them. The other possiblity is an episode of "Freddie's Nightmares"

It's not Dark Night of the Scarecrow or Scarecrows.
What's the title of the episode of Freddy's Nightmares that you are referring to?

It's gotta be either Goosebumps: "The Scarecrow Walks at Midnight" or Are You Afraid of the Dark?: "The Tale of the Silent Servant," if it's not Night of the Scarecrow (1995) or Scarecrows (1988).
