Short Review: Kingsmen

[Prince of Horror]

All I have to say is that they was a fun throwback to spy thrillers of the 50's and 60's, more notably James Bond....a bloody James Bond throwback.

The acting was good, the characters were likeable and humorous and the film is bloody and violent. Vaughn goes back to his kick-ass era, but this time more frantic, uncanny, and bloody (yes it is more fun and bloody than kick-ass). It slows down a little towards the end, but not too much.

Even though, as stated before, the film is kinda weird and moves quickly, it's still a fun watch with plenty of action. 8/10

I caught it on Sunday and it was pretty solid really fun watch i thought seen it for free thanks to ticket's from work made it not half-bad either too.
