This is good news, David Milch is working on a different project right now but once that is finished he is free to start working on the Deadwood film. Deadwood is one of my favorite shows glad it's finally happening! there was talk about a film or two years ago after it was originally cancelled but now the wait is over

So this was a show I had always wish I watched. Didn't have HBO at the time and just completely forgot about it. A couple of weeks age, in anticipation of the movie release, I found that it's streaming on Amazon and started Season 1. Amazing show. I am absolutely hooked! I am close to wrapping up Season 1 and will get the others 2 seasons in well before the movie release, which I am now looking forward to.

I finished all 3 Seasons. What a great show but just shitty that it abruptly ended as it was going really good. Hopefully this movie brings some closure.

OK, I just saw the film last night and it was awesome. We get the closure we needed and deserved for all the main characters except Powers Boothe (RIP). It was wonderful that all of the original cast could be in this. What a great ending to a great series. 9/10
