As Above, So Below what a terrible film

Watched it on one of the pay channels the other day, not only was it not scary that a lot of it didn't make any sense there is little rhyme or reason to a lot of the supposed scary stuff like mysterious cults and weird cave monsters, visions and the scene where a guy has a vision of a burning car then gets pulled into it and the whole thing implodes. The set up is interesting and at times it has a very claustrophobic feeling that it just stops making sense. I got tired of the lead female saying we have to keep moving after every time something spooky happens. The movie seemingly goes on forever it was about the point when she was running all the way back from chamber to chamber to get a healing rock and jump scares happening I just kept thinking to myself how much longer does this go on for? the whole film they are looking for a mysterious healing stone
    Spoiler...
at one point they find out that the rock isn't the real stone which causes her to run back through several caverns

    . Also
    Spoiler...
the the whole movie they keep going further and further underground and at the end somehow end up back on the streets of Paris

I watched it in theaters and thoroughly enjoyed it with friends! Found footage is starting to get old but this film was a nice "Rollercoaster" in my opinion.

The movie sucked. It was written with gigantic plot holes for moving the story along convenience. Too much is left for the viewer to come up with on their own. I thought of this steamy pile when I was watching Last Shift for these very reasons.

This is a big waste of a highly fascinating place. The best parts of the movie were the on location filming.
