    Flying dinosaurs

I remember seeing a movie set on prehistoric times (or a fantasy land like Conan) about a group of women who get sacrificed to giant flying dinosaurs kind of monsters. I don't remember any plot but I remember the sacrifice scene. I also think that were sacrificed by another tribe of women. The film maybe filmed in the 70s or possibly early 80s. I also think that the language was English. I would appreciate any help...

Doesn't sound like anything that I've seen. The first movie that popped in my head was The Beastmaster, which does have some weird winged creatures in it, but I doubt it's what you're looking for. I've included a clip and trailer anyway

    Maybe Dinosaur Island '94

An army captain is flying three misfit deserters home for a court martial when the plane has engine trouble and they must land on an uncharted island. There they find a primitive society of cave women who routinely sacrifice virgins to appease The Great One, the top dog dinosaur on the the island. Mistaken for gods, the men must destroy The Great One or face death, but meanwhile they fall in love.

It's not dinosaur Island. One thing for sure is that it's definitely not 90s flick. I'm bored in 1980 and I remember watching this at the age of 12.

I was looking for this movie since forever. When I forget a movie I usually stumble upon it somewhere in time or I remember it in later years. But for this damn film I cannot find it which is extremely frustrating. I'm pretty sure I haven't dreamed the whole thing but one thing that I suspect is that it might be an episode of some TV series at the time. I also remembered that the production wasn't cheap and the tone of the movie was serious and scary. Not a bmovie like Dino Island. Thanks for the time guys.

There were some Hammer films made in the 60s/70s featuring cave girls and dinosaurs.

Sounds a lot like "at the earths core"
One of the 70's monster movies starring Doug McClure.Peter Cushing was also in it.

    Fun flick, but very cheesy.

The birds remind something me somehow... But I remember a ceremony with sacrifices. The birds were in caves on the side of rocky mountains and the girls were on the bottom of the mountains on a place like an arena. I will check this out though. So far this is the closest thing to what I remember. Thanks for your time
