Like, so many people out there were trying to track this down. And it just...got delivered on a tweet. What the hell.

Major fucking spoilers here. This explains the entire movie and every teeny-tiny detail within it and even the 3 posters used to advertise it.
Some crazy shit even though the subject matter isn't for everyone. Now that I know what it all means I'm not a fan of what it sets forth to tell,
however the movie is great. The fact people can't stop talking about it after they see it is further proof of that. This should not have been released in theaters.
mother! has Netflix written all over it and would probably have been more easily accepted if they went that route.

Really want to peep around the curtain with this flick, but so far i've resisted doing that, and basically know almost nothing about it other than the tv spot.

It's the only way to go. See it before you just happen across what it is all about so you can judge for yourself.
I mean now that I know what it means I'm not a fan of it all, however the movie from a technical standpoint is stunning.
The acting is superb and nobody can deny the water cooler factor of it all. Plus the last 25 minutes...fucking brutal.

Do you enjoy heavy handed movies?
Spoiler...Despite not being religious, im a huge fan of retelling religious stories in other ways simply because they really poke at the early nature of man. That said, there is a degree of subtlety one has to have when making a movie like that and this movie COMPLETELY lacked that subtlety. i actually just got back a couple hours ago from seeing this and i was not impressed at all. It oozes egotism and pretentiousness and for no good reason

I love creepy horror movies that seem to keep me up at night. My mother made a statement the other day about it and told me how strange it looks. I've always been drawn to his films for some reason. I'll probably end up watching it once it comes out and just by the blu ray. Movies come and go so fast in the theaters by us. It's insane.

Went into this completely in the dark. I was able to come away with the gist of what was going on, but even at that my interpretation of said gist was rudimentary at best.
Thinking back now on particular scenes I can now better see how all the puzzle pieces fit. It's kind of like those 3D framed picture stands they used to have set up around the mall. You can stare at that mofo until you're green in the face but no dice. Then when you finally make out the image it becomes mind seared... you can then almost not not see it.
Not so sure if i'd casually recommend it though. Maybe to a certain set. Even though I did like it, and I thought it was interesting for sure; saying that it's definitely not everyone's interesting would be an understatement.
