I enjoyed Far Cry 4, but felt the story was a bit lacking. I've still yet to play Primal, but I heard it was pretty good. I'm looking forward to this next installment

Good series, although I never played 1 & 2. Only ones I played were 3 & 4, I thought both were good. Will definitely check out 5 when it comes out

If you havent played Far Cry Blood Dragon I recommend it. it's super cheap and amazing

I've only played Far Cry 3 for a few hours. I've always liked the concepts (at least of Far Cry 3 and 4), but was never really pushed into really wanting to play them much. But this one has really got me wanting to play. I love the concept, much more so than 3 and 4. I really want to see how it plays out as a game. It's got me debating whether or not I want to pre-order the game, even though I almost always avoid pre-ordering, especially for an Ubisoft game.

Anyone playing on PC? I ask cuz apparently a lot of people (including myself) are experiencing random crashes during the game. For me it's really random, I can go 30 or so minutes sometimes then it'll crash suddenly. Sometimes I'll only get 5 or 10 minutes in before a crash. It just seems random since I'm doing a variety of things as these crashes occur. Even people with much better specs than me are experiencing crashes, so it appears to be a problem with the game itself.

I'm playing it on the PS4. Probably about 15-20 playing hours so far and haven't had a crash yet. I read though that people have had random crashes on all platforms. There was a new update for PC a few days ago and was available for the others last night.

I've had a few, but I chalked them up to just having too much stuff running at once, which is annoying because I just upgraded my CPU, but I've been having it in a few games like Overwatch and Rainbow Six Siege, so I need to look into that, anyway. Though, FC5 and Siege are both Ubisoft games, and they're pretty well known for having games that run like ass at times. It's been a few days since I've actively played the game too, so I'll have to check later on.

I deleted my ubisoft cache folder and that seemed to help. Haven't had a crash yet, but I haven't had enough time to play to really see if it worked or not
