Allright, so I sat through the first one - and really, it had it's moments. Ending was good.
I might have to watch the sequel aswell.

yessssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssss!
VanBebber did all the FX! He's been making films since age 11! My favorite cult director...ever. You should give The Manson Family a watch.
Also here is a great short film

.....Short Summary
"Hello, I'm Jim VanBebber. I've just written the sequel to my debut feature film, the 1988 action-packed "Deadbeat at Dawn". We're asking you to partner with us to raise the funds to shoot on film a test fight scene from the script of the sequel, "Day Of The Deadbeat". We'll use the completed filmed sequence to solidify financial interest in producing the feature film. Total creative control is why I became an independent filmmaker, to protect my vision for the work from script to final cut. Please help us achieve this first step, of realizing a filmed fight sequence, to make it clear to potential investors that "Day Of The Deadbeat" can be an exciting and vital feature film. Every dollar raised will go into the scene, to make it as dynamic as possible. We are using Fixed Funding, so either we achieve the total budget or we do not and then all contributors would receive their money back. No scams...we just want to shoot this sequence before the winter. Thank You very much for your consideration."
James VanBebber has also directed "The Manson Family" feature film and numerous music videos (Pantera, Skinny Puppy, Superjoint Ritual, Damien Storm and Necrophagia) and shorts ("My Sweet Satan", "Roadkill:The Last Days Of John Martin", "Gator Green -Segment").

Original pen art I did for the Day of the Deadbeat indiegogo fundraiser for James VanBebber. I wasn't satisfied with the way the panels turned out but the title is there now covering it up.The script is a sequel to the violent classic, Deadbeat At Dawn! Visit indiegogo and donate some money. Lots of cool giveaways. Check it out. https://www.indiegogo.com/projects/day--3#/
