Just some pics of my makeup for Halloween..
I used Mehron Synwax to build up the eye socket bones and to anchor the horns to my head.. I made the horns a couple of years ago out of Crayola Model Magic compound.. it's great stuff to make horns and masks out of.. I hadn't worn the horns in all this time since I made them because I made them too big.. They ended up being heavy enough that liquid latex and/or spirit gum couldn't keep them in place. This time, I anchored them my skull with both liquid latex and shitload of synwax.. and it worked! ^_^
I used Mehron and Ben Nye theatrical makeup and tried a different color scheme and painting technique than I always use.. Really wanted to step outside my comfort zone and try to make something different. All in all, I can see some definite flaws in the makeup but overall I'm pretty happy with it... by the way.. Synwax is an unholy pain in the ass to work with.

Right before I was about to remove all the makeup, after I'd taken off the wig, I got the bright idea to see how it looked under my blacklight.. I thought it looked nifty.
