I love the original flick, but what I find most interesting about this announcement is the involvement of Greg Nictero. The only way he could have the level of participation they're describing is if he's leaving The Walking Dead -- but there's been no announcement of that, to my knowledge.

I loved the hitchhiker segment of Creepshow 2 but thought the other two stories left something to be desired. I wouldn't call it awful or anything, but I felt it was definitely a step down from the first.

I want that creepy piano music back. It's just not Creepshow without some eerie piano, or organ opening theme.

Imagine a CG crate monster; I don't think anything will beat the organic 80's make-up. That's so cool, and well...real. CG is okay, though.

I actually like the cheap look of the poster, for one thing it's drawn which is rare for promotional material these days for movies or shows unless they're indie, but it gives me that nice 80's comic book vibe that the original Creepshow movies had, the first 2 that is. Hey at least it's not Creepshow 3's cover art which looks over-saturated and far cheaper as was the movie itself.

Did this ever get released? Did anyone catch any of it? I don't have Shudder but wonder if there is a small chance that this is worth it

Yeah it was released last year on Shudder. I've only watched a few eps so far and it's alright. The stories are interesting, but it's really low budget and it shows.
