Going Saturday morning so I can stop half reading sentences to avoid spoilers. I thought the last Avengers was entertaining as fuck and I personally gave it a 9/10. Hoping this one is up to the same par. If not, no big deal. Matinee prices for the win

I actually hated what they did with Thor. I've been patiently waiting eight years for a comics-accurate Thor, and the closest they came to a full powered, total bad-ass comics-accurate Thor was in Infinity War. This Big Lebowski Thor felt like an insult to me. This is likely the last time we'll see the character in the MCU, and he spends most of his screen time a tubby, pathetic schlub, and most of the humor involving him didn't work for me. Eh. At least Cap got a good ending.

I absolutely loved it. I havent been able to stop thinking about the film since seeing it saturday night. It just felt like a big "thank you" from the studio to the fans that watched every one of them.

To be honest though I felt like if you werent a fan of the series and didn't know the characters or secondary support characters, you would be missing out on certain aspects of the story and the film itself would suffer. So this isn't a stand alone film you can just go into with no background knowledge and expect to get the same experience that the MCU fans would get.

This might be the best MCU movie, my mind is still spinning when thinking about it and in the past I've given other MCU films 8/10 and 9/10 but if this is better...does that mean it gets a 10/10?? Was it perfect? No. Were there perfect scenes in it? Yes. Was it what I was hoping for? Yes and more. I still feel like I need more time with this in my head (which in itself is a testament to how good the film is) but I guess the way I'm feeling right now having seen it 2 days ago...

On the subject of dad-bod Thor, I thought it was funny and really spoke to how even the "strongest" of us can have emotional issues that lead to physical deterioration. Also, since my GF has a huge crush on Thor I did ask her how she likes me now that I have the body of Thor...She still wasn't impressed.

Not a big franchise guy, but I really enjoyed the movie. I give it a 9/10. Was semi-familiar with most characters but I liked what they did to bring closure. I probably at some point need to go back and watch more of the other movies.

Liked it as much as the previous entry. High 9/10 from me. Honestly, it may seem small, but the only thing that bugged me is when even the aliens referred to the year as 2014 or 2019. They live on different planets with different orbits. I know I'm thinking too much into this, but for some reason it stuck out to me like crazy haha.

I agree, I think the soul stone scene was MORE effective in Infinity War as I cared more for Thanos than either of the Endgame characters at that point, and the relationship between Thanos and Gamora was such a wonderful heartbreaking surprise you would never expect it to happen to a villain.

I'm not a huge Marvel/DC fan but I do keep up with the Avengers series. I went with my girlfriend tonight who loves her Superhero movies and thought Endgame was a solid flick. I was worried about sitting through a three-hour movie but I managed it pretty well. I have slept through terrible movies at the theater before. Lol.

Good flick with a lot of emotions running through it. Didn't care too much for the Lebow Thor though.
