Castration, carnivorous pelts, and undead grannies

So I remember seeing this movie on HBO or equiv a long time ago. I don't remember much except the following:

The extended family are all in a house where the grandmother has died. And the grandmother and other things are going around killing people in various ways. The brother, who is a womanizer, is castrated with scissors. The daughter is going through the mother (or grandmother's?) closet, puts on a fur coat, and the coat comes alive with little animal heads and tears her apart.

At the end, all that's alive is the good girl, who is confronted by the entire undead family. And she kills them by opening up the windows and exposing them all to sunlight.

I was going to say it could be "Rabid Grannies" but I don't remember the fur coat coming alive and the ending like that...sounds like a vampire romp of a movie.

oddly enough i was just thinking about this film the other day - if it's the one i'm thinking of then it was called something like The Matriarch but i'm having trouble finding anything online under that title that's relevant.
wasn't the house it was set in a bit like the house in Braindead with a staircase in the middle of the lobby?
it would have been probably the late 90s when i rented it.
