What is The Best/Worst Paranormal Activity Movie?

I saw this on a podcast I follow on YouTube and decided to bring it to the boards. To you, what do you think is the best, and the worst of the franchise? In the video I watched, they included the Japanese spinoff but I dont know how many people have seen it.

I don't care much for the series, but the few that I do find semi-decent are Marked Ones, Next of Kin and to some extent the first PA movie. The rest are trash, in my opinion, especially 4 and 5
