Aligator... 6/10. i didnt realize that i haven't seen this the 80's, and I actually dug it. Decent film, but a. you get robert forester and b. they actually show an aligtor eat a kid. Something you don't see this day and age in films. The f/x where totally 80's but much better then the cgi shit we see today.

The Omen(1976)"..another one of the top 10 BEST horror movies ever made.This movie also ranks amongst my list of Best Top 10. The score from Jerry Goldsmith is astounding. Talk about creepy..and very evil sounding. Gives me chills. The performances from the main cast are terrific. Lee Remick has the most expressive eyes. Great job. Gregory Peck was pretty good. Found him a bit campy here and there..but still a good lead. Little Harvey Stephens was a scene stealer. Creepy looking little bugger too. Billie Whitelaw was great. Too bad the character wasn't fleshed out more. Great movie and one of the best. The remake didn't do the original much justice.

why norway should be a horror fans mecca
Cold Prey and Cold Prey2. These are what slasher films were meant to be. Tense, startling, and just plain good. No need for goofy characters. Or shit head kids you can't wait to see die(friday13 remake). All the characters have backstory, they seem like genuine people and you end up rooting for them to make it! But fortunately they don't. Not alot of gore but good action and well directed. Markus nispel and Rob Zombie should be forced to sit in a dark room and watch theese films. Then maybe some of these remakes of classics would actuallt be worth seeing. If you like slasher movies, or just good movies in general then these 2 are it! 5 naughty schoolgirls out of 5
