Honestly......the trailer did nothing for me. No anger, no excitement, no sorrow, nothing. And that's not a good sign because I feel like a film about mutated turtles that are also ninjas should generate a reaction. The only time I really thought or felt anything was the ending where they played on the early fan rage when they where taking the mutant turtle part out and making them aliens. Nice try at humor on the audiances behalf Bay, but you going back tot he orriginal origins hasn't saved this yet.

In the comics they are partly aliens though because the mutagen is of an alien origin in the comic version.

My buddy said it wasn't bad. He said the Turtle parts were cool, but the story sucked ass. A sequel was just announced, so hopefully it will fix the plot problems from this one.

Probably seeing this next week.

- Shitty, jumpcut fight scenes typical of Bay films and new age filmmaking
- Too much focus on April...surprise surprise
- Mikey basically being the equivalent of the twins from Transformers 2
- Shredder making Transformer noises and being Transformers size
- William being some random scientist..but NOT Baxter Stockman
- The other 3 Turtles seemingly being the only good things about the movie, because as noted..the story is terrible and laughable

So I'll pass and wait...
