I thought the lead actress was very good. Some have said she goes overboard, but she kinda reminded me of Jamie Lee Curtis. She brought some real substance to the role.

I caught this on Saturday night and I wasn't too impressed with it. I found the lead female's performance in the beginning quite dull - and while she was believable at the end of the film, she got on my nerves. The shaky camera work made me want to throw up as well. Besides, the trailer gives the ending away. I didn't feel ripped off, but I don't think i'll be watching it again.

We saw this on Sunday and we loved it. When I saw the trailer, I thought that it would be a renter, but we decided to see it anyway. I liked the fact that I couldn't predict where the film was going. Also, one part made me jump out of my seat....which was great! It's hard to find a movie that will make me do that. I recommend this movie, but if people don't think that they will like it, go for a matinée, where it's half-price.

Thought this was decent, about a 7 but it sounds like a lot of you think [Rec] is better so I need to find a copy of that. I did think the reporter chick was pretty intense the last 20 minutes, but I do wish they would stop with the handheld camera shit, it doesn't make it better than a regurally filmed movie, it's not any scarier or more realistic it's just annoying.
Boy, the next word that comes out of your mouth better be some brilliant fuckin Mark Twain shit.

"Quarantine" is definitely a shaky cam movie. So much so that I almost threw up. It's even worse than "Cloverfield," and way worse than [REC]. It really bothered me that this guy is supposed to be a professional cameraman and he can't hold a fucking camera. I agree with you, the camerawork in [REC] was much steadier than the camerawork in "Quarantine."

It was like Cloverfield but with rabies. Pretty good but just another zombie movie. I wish they hadn't shown the ending in the trailer.

I think I'll pass on this one, I'd much rather see [REC] instead.
