Eli Roth has recently revealed that the script is finished and filming is aimed to begin sometime this June. He was quoted saying: "We’re budgeting now. I’m going to apply for the California tax credit. If I get the tax credit, I want to shoot it in Los Angeles so we can have all L.A. people on it." Currently only Snoop Dogg has been revealed to star. (1/16/26)

Eli Roth returns to produce, write and direct. He was quoted saying: "There are some ideas that are so ridiculous they don’t let you sleep. I have always wanted to make the ultimate haunted house movie, but something unlike any we’ve seen – something full on insane and over the top. When I shared the idea with Snoop, he got it immediately and it was a no-brainer to make this film together. Snoop loves horror movies, and I want this to be the ultimate collab, bringing out the craziest from both of us. Just don’t say we didn’t warn you." (9/5/25)
Snoop Dogg (whose voiced appeared in the trailer) produces and will reportedly also write and produce music for the film’s soundtrack.
