This movie is being self distributed by the filmmakers.
Directed by Gille Klabin (The Wave), who was quoted saying: "I co-wrote/directed/co-produced and did all the VFX for the movie. I previously directed The Wave (starring Justin Long) and found myself frustrated with trying to get another big movie off the ground. I decided to write a small movie with my co-writer Clay Elliott (who is also the film's lead). We wanted to make something we could pull off by ourselves with no money. As we developed the script and sent it around, more and more people got into it and soon it swelled up and became a much bigger film than we ever intended. A huge driving force behind all the decision making was distribution and making sure that everyone who financed the movie got their money back, and beyond that we shared equity with every member of the crew. We are self distributing domestically in the US and doing all the marketing as well. I really believe this is the only sustainable way to keep ownership in the hands of filmmakers, share the film as intended, and give any indie film its best shot at finding its audience."
This is an indie horror comedy.
