Not much is known about this project aside from filmmaker Demián Rugna revealing that the script is pretty much finished and he's just waiting for proper funding to move forward. Here's a rough translation from BD: "We have part two written, yes, and we’re just waiting for the funding to come through. We have to make some script modifications to make it perfect, but the studio that wants to make it is already there." (6/23/25)
At the moment it's too early to tell if any of the surviving characters from the previous movie will return.
Demián Rugna returns to write and direct.
This is a sequel to the 2023 Argentinian horror movie When Evil Lurks.
