Spring is officially here with a packed slate of new releases and introducing over a dozen titles to check out this week alone. A couple notable flicks include the French creature feature THE DEEP DARK and Sam Raimi's latest, SEND HELP, both of which land on VOD tomorrow. Friday expands the lineup with even more variety, including the French body horror drama ALPHA, the witchcraft tale FORBIDDEN FRUITS and the action-horror pic THEY WILL KILL YOU. SEND HELP

Linda Liddle (Rachel McAdams) and Bradley Preston (Dylan O’Brien), two colleagues who find themselves stranded on a deserted island after they are the only survivors of a plane crash. On the island, they must overcome past grievances and work together to survive, but ultimately, it becomes an unsettling and darkly humorous battle of wills and wits to make it out alive.

THE MORTUARY ASSISTANT
FRIDAY - MARCH 27th (Shudder)

Follows newly certified mortician Rebecca Owens (Holland), who takes a job at the River Field Mortuary and is tasked with embalming bodies alone on the night shift, but something sinister lurks beneath the surface. Over the course of the story, she must navigate demonic rituals, unravel the secrets of her enigmatic mentor (Sparks), and confront her own buried traumas to survive the night — and prevent her body from becoming a vessel for possession.

THE SERPENT'S SKIN
FRIDAY - MARCH 27th (Limited)

A supernatural romance that follows Anna after she escapes from her small, transphobic town, and the romantic relationship she develops with another young woman, a goth tattoo artist named Gen. After unwittingly unleashing a demon that begins feeding on their friends, the pair need to face their insecurities in order to defeat evil.

After a series of unfortunate events leaves their house uninhabitable and reeking of poo, two co-dependent friends, Joey and Craig, find themselves homeless and out of options. That's when Joey's mysterious ex resurfaces. He wants her back. Along with being hot, Brian also happens to be an alien whose touch makes anxiety and depression disappear. The two venture to his compound for the weekend with the hope of being healed from past traumas, but underneath Brian’s veneer of healing is a sinister plot filled with murder, mayhem, and blood.
