It looks like April is going out with a bang, as we've got a dozen notable releases this week. If you missed them in theaters tomorrow sees DEATH OF A UNICORN and DROP land on PVOD. If you'd rather wait until Friday you'll have more options like the new shark flick FEAR BELOW on VOD or the supernatural movie ROSARIO in theaters. Friday also debuts the VOD and physical media release of SCREAMBOAT. If nothing mentioned is of interest then check below for everything else releasing this week.

Violet (Meghann Fahy), a widowed mother on her first date in years, arrives at an upscale restaurant where she is relieved that her date, Henry (Brandon Sklenar) is more charming and handsome than she expected. But their chemistry begins to curdle as Violet begins being irritated and then terrorized by a series of anonymous drops to her phone. She is instructed to tell nobody and follow instructions or the hooded figure she sees on her home security cameras will kill Violet’s young son and babysitting sister. Violet must do exactly as directed or everyone she loves will die. Her unseen tormentor’s final directive? Kill Henry.

A past his prime photographer heads out on a road trip across the American Southwest to recapture the magic and success of his previous work. Instead, he finds himself thrust into the dark and chaotic underbelly of America and unwittingly drags his wife and a shady private detective down into this nightmare world with him.

DAYDREAMERS
FRIDAY - MAY 2nd (Limited)

The tale of two totally opposite and estranged brothers, Nhat and Marco. Both are vampires. Nhat is a daydreamer, vowing to never devour human blood again.
