Firefox question

When I try to open firefox to go on the internet is comes up "problem loading page, firefox can't find server at mozilla.com"

I tried to go into add and remove programs and it wont let me remove firefox. The button that says remove is highlighted and it wont let me click it.

Did anything similiar like this happen to you guys before? Any suggestions on what I cant do? Thanks.

the only thing i can think of is to pull up your task manager (ctrl+alt del) and find firefox and end the process something like that has happened with some of my programs and that usually helps. Hope it helps if not sorry

Or you can also try to re-install the latest and greatest version of Firefox.

if you use Internet Explorer, does everything come in fine? Sounds like FF is borked. I would take Belcebu's advice and download the latest (stable) version and install overtop your current. This usually fixes the issue. If it doesn't you may need to download an Uninstall program that will practically uninstall anything.
