a guy is suing them over the DS's touch screen. After reading the article twice now, I do understand that he filed a patent for a touch screen, but not the type of touch screen that the DS has.
Sounds more to me like this is a greedy fucker trying to make a buck off someone else work, though it does have a similarity, its very slim and the artist concept he's provided doesnt look like it has anything to really do here.
What pisses me off is hes just now suing Nintendo over a product thats been around for almost 4 years now. Dumbass.
