This game has been in development since around 2004 from Bioware and is claimed to be the spiritual successor of Baldur's Gate. Early screens made it appear to be a Neverwinter Nights clone but all that has changed?
Here's a teaser trailer and the first gameplay screen shot that does infact look like the BG series.
