The third installment of the series goes back in time. Where we finally see how Willie, the main protagonist of the series, got his start as God's cleanser of all that is evil in the world. Follow him from his birth in a sleazy strip bar. To his upbringing by a crazed Vietnam War Vet. And witness his years of adolescence in a group home run by a vengeful, alcoholic director and his handful of degenerate patients. Willie discovers that the home is threatened with foreclosure by the I,R.S., and it's up to Willie and his fellow residents to save the home from certain peril as they devise a plan to raise money to pay the back taxes.
Meanwhile Willie receives a revelation that will forever change his destiny and will pave the road for one of the greatest serial killers of all time! Be prepared to be offended, be prepared to gasp in disbelief, and most importantly, be prepared to laugh for this 90 min comic romp!
