This is yet another series created by Taylor Sheridan (Yellowstone universe, Mayor of Kingstown), where Stallone plays a gangster just outta prison after doing 25 years. Instead of his mafia family celebrating his return, they end up sending him off to Tulsa, Oklahoma to find a way to make money, which he does in no time.
While probably the weakest written series from Taylor, it's still an entertaining fish out of water tale and Stallone really steals each scene he's in (he plays a great gangster). Luckily the other supporting characters are all interesting and likeable as well, so there were no boring or filler moments throughout the series. Each ep is also fairly short, being around 40 minutes, so the pacing is pretty solid. Despite that, the finale did feel a bit rushed and a lot of the show is fairly predictable (I did say the writing wasn't great) and while it doesn't offer anything new, it's still an entertaining watch, especially if you just want to kinda turn your brain off and just enjoy the show. High 7/10 from me
