Anybody been watching this? Its in its first season it looks pretty good so far i have watched all the episodes. Its a cop show but i dunno its pretty cool i don't watch many cop shows so i don't know if its original or not but it is a very good show worth checking out. All but the first episodes are available at Hulu.com if you guys are interested in checking it out

Looked interesting, but I'm real weary of cop dramas. The only ones I liked were The Wire and The Shield

Just started up on this show and I already like it. Ever since The Shield ended I've been looking for a new gritty and realistic cop-drama and I think this show will do the trick nicely
 Too bad it's only 7 episodes though. Luckily the new season starts up next month, but it's on the dreaded Friday night slot, which usually means doom for shows. Will report back when I finish the rest of the first season

Finished the first season -- great series and just what I was looking for in terms of post-Shield cop-dramas. Realistic and offers some great characters. I just wished there were more eps in the first season. Oh well, new season starts up soon
 Only problem I had with the show is the cheap last few minutes of the show. NBC canceled Southland after having only filmed 6 episodes, but TNT recently picked it up and will air the first season, as well as the second.
Apparently NBC canceled the series because this new season was deemed "too dark" plus the first season received somewhat weak ratings, leading the channel to think that it would not survive the Friday night time slot. Currently TNT will only air the episodes that have already been produced and whether they will want to produce further episodes themselves remains to be seen. It all determines on how the ratings are after it airs. You can expect to catch the series when it debuts on TNT on Tuesday, January 12th.
