The UHM Saga: Demon Chronicles - Chapter 1

I remember it like it was yesterday. It was just another normal Halloween and of course we were looking for trouble just like every other person that night was. Me and woodenheart had called sic and 3/6 cause wooden had heard about this cemetery that was actually haunted. Turned out there had been a lot of reports of things people saw out there that left them scarred for life. Well naturally us being the horror fanatics we were we had to take our asses out there and check it out for ourselves….which would end up being the biggest mistakes of our lives. If we only knew the horror that waited for us we may have just went and egged steelba’s house and got drunk that Halloween but we had to see what all the buzz was about.

Mud: Where the hell are we going?

Wooden: stop crying were almost there.

3/6: We’ve been riding for over an hour and my ass is numb please tell me were almost there!

Sic: According to these directions there should be a dirt road up here to the right, once we turn down there we should see an old torn down church and take the path beside that and we should run into the cemetery.

Wooden: Halloween, my favorite holiday!! The one day for evil to truly be free.

Mud: Wooden if you weren’t my best friend I would think you were a weird chick lol.

3/6: Hey guys look!

(The group stands outside a rusty cemetery gate and see all the cracked and broken headstones but the mausoleum in the back is what really catches there eyes)

Sic: Look at that old ass mausoleum guys.

Mud: Shit...you feel that guys? You can feel the evil and death that reside here.

Wooden: Yes, I feel a very strong vibe from this place. The spirits here are strong.

3/6: Bah! There isn’t anything here but a bunch of rotted corpses and stale air. I want to check out the mausoleum. Let’s go.

Mud: Whoever it is buried in here had a lot of money. Look at the size of this thing.

Sic: There’s a padlock on the door...that’s odd. It’s been here a while too.

3/6: Let’s break it!! (Grabs a piece of head stone and breaks the rusted lock) Help me get these chains off and open this heavy ass door.

Wooden: (Wooden has a vision of fire and death and falls to her knees) we should not be in here. Something bad was put here and that locked was placed for a reason.

Mud: Wooden! Are you alright?

Wooden: If you’re going in, you’re going without me. I am going back to the car.

3/6: Fine drama queen!! Suit yourself. Let’s go in guys.

(They enter the mausoleum and notice a huge concrete casket)

Mud: Shit...now that’s a casket.

Sic: Ok I have seen enough lets go. I have a very uneasy feeling about this.

3/6: Let’s open it!! Man there could be gold in there or at least jewelry man.

Mud: I am not robbing a corpse man. Karma will follow you around for the rest of your freaking life.

3/6: Bunch of wusses. I’ll open it myself. (3/6 pushes on the heavy lid and it budges little at a time until finally the top crashes to the floor and busts… (He looks over in the casket) Awe man there’s nothing in here! It looks like there’s a passage in here.

(Just then flames shoot out the casket and engulf it in flames)

Mud: What the hell?


(A fiery hand reaches out the casket and grabs 3/6 by his shirt)

3/6: Get it off!! Get it off!! Fuck!! What the hell is this thing?

(A fiery body emerges from the casket)

Demon: You disturb this gate human!! I will peel the skin from your bones!!

Sic: What the hell is that? A fire demon?

(The demon changes form to human)

Sic: Oh man! What the fuck has he gotten us into now?

Demon: My brethren shall walk among you, harvesters of your souls... (It begins chanting an incantation and at that moment 3/6 manages to pull away. The ground opens up and swallows the casket into the bottomless abyss that we now know to be hell. Hundreds of souls rise and fly out the door into the night and just like that the demon is gone and all is quiet.)

Sic: You fucking idiot!! Do you just realize you’ve caused the end of the fucking world!!

Mud: Just calm down we need to think about what just happened here

3/6: How the fuck was I suppose to know that this stank ass casket would be a gate to hell?

Mud: Let’s get the hell out of here. We need to tell Wooden about this.

(The group gets back to the car to explain everything that happened to wooden)

Wooden: We need to go back to my house. If there are demons out and about they have free range to possess anyone they see fit.

(The group gets back to woodens house and she pulls out an old hard back book and blows the dust off of it)

Wooden: What we need is a good protection spell…

Mud: You dabble in witch craft?? How is it I have known you this long and I never knew that?

Wooden: I don’t broadcast my business to the world. Being a witch today isn’t easy ok. So many stereotypes like were all devil worshippers and shit. I respect the magic I embrace it. I study it and never use it to harm...ahh here it is alright everyone join hands… (alumus mortal cocilus prombius let no evil enter these temples of light) everyone say it with me. (The group chants and finishes the spell)

3/6: I hope this works...Don’t want a demon wearing me like a cheap suit.

Mud: You shut up. You don’t get to talk right now. It’s your fault were in this predicament.

Sic: Wooden, since you dabble in this is there any exorcism spells in this book of yours? We can’t kill innocent people but maybe if we can find a way to trap the demons long enough for you to work your magic we can send them back.

Wooden: I’m afraid that we have a tough job ahead of us. The good news is that there bound to the gate they were sprung from so they can’t leave town. The bad news is there only bound as long as the one that opened it still lives.

3/6: Which means it’s open season on me…I never had this kind of trouble when we saved the world from the zombies. At least they wanted to eat everyone. I am going to have every demon in this town after me.

Mud: Who was the one who transformed it’s self? It seemed to be a lot more powerful than the other ones that escaped.

Sic: I don’t know but I have a feeling he’s the leader in all of this shit.

Wooden: I found a demon trap incantation but it won’t hold long. I have to memorize the exorcism spell so I can cast them out while I have them held.

3/6: I have really fucked up guys how the hell are we going to make it out of this one? We can’t kill all these innocent people that get possessed.

Mud: We’ll figure something else….we have no choice.
