Set during World War II when Japan occupied Thailand. The story unfolds in a cursed mine, where Japanese soldiers and their captives find themselves trapped. As tensions between enemies reach a breaking point, they are forced to confront a terrifying, ancient monster lurking in the shadows. In the face of this unimaginable horror, the lines between friend and foe blur. Former enemies must set aside their differences and unite to survive.

The film is based on a supernatural entity in Japanese folklore called the Ōmukade, which essentially translates to "giant centipede."
