We're about to enter April with an eclectic lot of titles to watch this week. Specifically, tomorrow sees the PVOD release of OPUS starring John Malkovich and the latest Popeye horror flick SHIVER ME TIMBERS on VOD (and no it isn't an April Fool's joke). The rest of the week has other options like SCREAMBOAT in limited theaters on Wednesday, while Friday offers a theatrical release for the throwback slasher HELL OF A SUMMER and a PVOD release for THE MONKEY. Check below for info and trailers for the movies mentioned and more.
NOTE: This is not a comprehensive list (there's simply too much to keep track of), but it is a list of the more notable movies to look out for. If you spot an error or if a movie is missing from the list, contact me. Keep in mind that these are US release dates, so they may differ if you're in another country.
