PROJECT DETAILS
  • This project was meant to be the follow up of 2008's Return to Sleepaway Camp and conclude the trilogy (ignoring the past two campy sequels from the 80's). This idea was eventually dropped and now producer Robert Hiltzik is busy developing a new sequel that's meant to reboot the franchise. (8/21/16)
  • The film was originally reportedly going to be filmed at the luxurylake resort of Hobergs Club Resort in Northern California.
  • On the plot of the film one of the producers was quoted saying: "It's basically about what happens when evil reunites, and that's all I'm saying about the storyline. [This] third one will by far surpass the first film as far as how sick it is." (7/20/06)
  • Felissa Rose was going to reprise her role as "Angela".
  • Paul DeAngelo is said to return as "Ronnie".
  • Tom Van Dell is said to return as "Mike".
  • Desiree Gould returns as the crazy "Aunt Martha".
  • Actor/musician Drake Bell (Drake & Josh, Superhero Movie) was once rumored to have a role in the film.
  • It's said that this movie will have both 2D and 3D options.
  • Written and directed by creator Robert Hiltzik.
  • Originally added to the UHM database in 2006.
  • This was meant to be the final film in the Sleepaway Camp trilogy, which ignores the previous sequels that were released in the 80s.
