House of Re-Animator
Ignoring the previous three films, the story focuses on a "Bush-like president" who dies in office and his staff covertly brings in Dr. Herbert West to reanimate him.

LATEST NEWS

As I suspected, it looks like the film isn't happening, at least not anytime soon (if ever). Writer/director Stuart Gordon spoke with Fango recently, where he revealed that the project still hasn't received proper funding, and he believes it's because of the polotical satire that's apparent in the script.
He believes that people are afraid to touch a film that takes potential jabs at this country's current leader, and the project wouldn't work if they waited too long and a new president steps up. However, Stuart Gordon did mention that if they worked on a new script that a sequel could happen in the future, but as of right now, things aren't looking good.
